Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering as a member of 1Kommunity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Join 1Kommmunity
If you have a social media account with 500 or more followers, you can apply to become a 1Kommunity member.
You must confirm that all information provided to us is complete, accurate and current. If there is any change in your personal information, please update your personal information in the 1Kommunity app in order to receive any communications from us.
In order to protect the interests of consumers and our partners (as defined below), we reserve the right to accept or reject your application for 1Kommunity membership, or otherwise terminate your 1Kommunity account (as defined below) for any reason, and will not will bear any responsibility for you.
2. Your 1Kommunity account
After we complete your membership registration and grant you membership (“1Kommunity Account”), you will officially become a 1Kommunity member and receive rewards and benefits that are exclusive to 1Kommunity members.
Your 1Kommunity account will be valid for any period of time specified by us. For example, if your membership has been inactive for 2 consecutive years, we may terminate your 1Kommunity account.
Your 1Kommunity account must be owned by you personally and only you can accumulate Kash, exchange Kash for cash or accept any other bonus benefits or offers associated with your 1Kommunity account. You cannot sell, exchange, transfer or transfer your 1Kommunity Account or Kash to anyone.
If you register a 1Kommunity account through the app on your mobile device, the four alphanumeric number generated in the app will become your 1Kommunity account-specific promo code.
2.1. 1Kommunity Membership Level
Blue Member: 0 - 4,999 Kash
Gold Member: 5,000 - 49,999 Kash
Platinum Member: 50,000 - 199,999 Kash
Black Member: Kash > 200,000 Kash
3. Earn Kash
You can earn Kash in the following situations (i) order using your exclusive promo code and successfully pay (ii) participating in activities to get designated Kash benefits (iii) other designated activities
If the order is cancelled or refunded, the Kash that has been issued to the account will be withdrawn.
If you do not earn or use any points on your 1kommunity account for 2 consecutive years, we will assume that you do not intend to continue participating in 1kommunity and will terminate your account. Upon account termination, any unused 1kommunity points will expire and be forfeited.
4. Exchange Kash
You can use the Kash in your 1Kommunity account to exchange for cash, but you must accumulate more than 5,000 Kash to exchange for cash. A corresponding handling fee will be charged at the time of redemption, please refer to the following guidelines for details.
< 5,000 Kash - not applicable
5,000 - 49,999.99 Kash - 10% handling fee
50,000 - 99,999.99 Kash - 5% handling fee
> 100,000 Kash - 3% handling fee (waived)
Rewards redeemable by you on your 1Kommunity Account shall be specified, amended, offered, given or terminated by us in our sole discretion and without any liability to you.
Once Kash is redeemed, you will not be able to return the reward.
5. Changes to 1Kommunity
We reserve the right to change any content of 1Kommunity at any time, including (but not limited to) any promotions, benefits or offers, any rewards, any accumulation or redemption of Kash, online registration process, how 1Kommunity operates or operates, partners, participation Stores, Items not covered by 1Kommunity, Eligible Transactions and/or Apps or Websites.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
7. Account Termination or Suspension
You have the right to cancel your 1Kommunity account at any time, for any reason, by contacting us through the app to cancel your 1Kommunity account. After canceling the account, all accumulated Kash and unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
If we intend to terminate 1Kommunity for any reason, we will announce it through our website and app at least 1 month before. Points not redeemed or awards not claimed by the program termination date will be forfeited.
In reasonable circumstances, we may suspend or terminate your 1Kommunity account (with or without notice) if we believe that you have violated any part of these Terms, and/or recover from you any damages suffered by us or our partners as a result. damage and loss.
If you have not accumulated or redeemed any Kash within 2 years, we will treat your 1Kommunity account as inactive and reserve the right to cancel your 1Kommunity account (with or without notice) and all Kash accumulated on your 1Kommunity account will be void. To rejoin 1Kommunity, you may need to reapply for a new membership.
Your 1Kommunity account must be linked to your mobile number. A mobile number can only be linked to one 1Kommunity account. If you change your mobile number, you must update your account information through the app. If you do not update your 1Kommunity account information in time after changing your mobile number, your account may be at risk of being accessed by a third party, and your Kash may also be exchanged by other people using the mobile number. Without prejudice to the above, if we reasonably believe that your mobile number has been transferred to a third party or that your mobile number has been deactivated, we reserve the right to cancel the 1Kommunity account linked to this mobile number (without until further notice) and create another 1Kommunity account for the new holder of this mobile number. All accumulated points will be forfeited after you cancel your 1Kommunity account in accordance with the above regulations. To rejoin 1Kommunity, you will need to apply for a new membership with a new mobile number.
8. Disclaimer
Any type of information, content and materials provided on the website or app are provided for your general information only. Your participation in 1Kommunity and use of our website, app, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity exclusive coupon code is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Kommunity, our website, apps, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity exclusive coupon code, and all related materials, content, materials and /OR THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES.
We make no representations, promises or warranties as to:
(a) any information, content, material provided or performed in connection with 1Kommunity, our website, application, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity exclusive coupon code, or in connection with the foregoing /or title, accuracy, completeness, currency, quality, merchantability or fitness for service; or
(b) 1Kommunity, our website, app, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity Promo Code, will be undisturbed, error-free, secure, timely or available , or any errors or malfunctions will be corrected.
9. Our Responsibilities
We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damage, including negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in connection with these Terms, 1Kommunity, our website, apps, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity exclusive coupon codes, the For any loss or damage (including general, special, indirect, direct, symbolic, punitive, incidental or consequential loss or damage) in connection with any products and services, we shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), be liable to you for breach of statutory obligations or otherwise and shall not be liable for any materials, content, materials and/or services provided and/or performed in connection therewith, whether or not we have been notified in advance of the possibility of such loss or damage.
If any part of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 12 is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, we shall have no effect on these Terms, 1Kommunity, our website, the App, your 1Kommunity Account, your Offers, Kash, Rewards, Your 1Kommunity Exclusive Coupon Code, or any materials, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in connection with these Terms, will be limited to the provision of Points and/or the replacement of any Rewards that are the subject of the dispute, and we in this regard have absolute discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
1 All right, title, interest, copyright, trademark, domain name, design, anywhere in the world in Kommunity, our website, application, and any materials, content, materials and/or services related to and provided or performed in connection therewith rights, goodwill and any other intellectual property rights (of whatever type) are owned by us and/or our licensors. You may not acquire any right, title or interest in them, nor may you modify, reproduce, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works (in whole or in part) based on them.
You agree that any opinions, comments or suggestions you provide to us are entirely voluntary and we will be free to use (or not use) as 1Kommunity sees fit and without any obligation to you.

Our Privacy Policy sets out the purposes for which we use your personal data, who we share your personal data with, and the choices you have about how we collect and use your personal data. If you apply to become a member of 1Kommunity, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.
12. Links
Our websites, applications and any electronic communications sent to you or any material provided to you online or digitally may contain links to hosting by third parties, including our partners, milk companies or our affiliates , give or provide links to other websites, content or resources. You understand and agree that we:
(a) have no control or control over these third party websites, content or resources;

These Terms and any disputes or matters arising out of or in connection with them, or in connection with 1Kommunity, our website, apps, your 1Kommunity account, your offers, Kash, Rewards, your 1Kommunity Promo Code, our website or Any disputes or matters related to the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and DFI agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
14. General Terms
If any part of these Terms is held by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect as if these Terms had not been invalidated , illegal or unenforceable terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions mentioned herein and/or posted on our website or app, contain the entire agreement between you and us.
Our failure or delay in exercising any right or taking action for a default under these Terms does not imply a waiver of that right or default. Any waiver by us of any right or default of these Terms must be in writing, and such waiver is limited to the specific right or default described therein.
These Terms are your personal rights and you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights or obligations to any third party without your consent.
In no event shall the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) apply to these Terms.
